For high-demand fixtures, the club may implement allocated seating or seat selection at checkout. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated during purchase.
7. Children and Supervision
Children are welcome at Deeside Dragons fixtures.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable matchday environment for all supporters, the club reserves the right to introduce requirements for younger attendees to be accompanied by a responsible adult, particularly where matchday behaviour or safety concerns arise.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision of children attending games at all times.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Abandoned Games

If a fixture is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rearranged date.
Refunds will not normally be offered in these circumstances.
Abandoned Matches
If a match is abandoned after two periods of play, no refund will be issued.
Matchday costs are incurred regardless of completion, and curtailment or stoppage does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
The club must protect its ability to operate sustainably.
