1. When a non-season game is added, the Club prepares discounted tickets for Season Pass holders.
2. Once ready, the Club emails Season Pass discounted invoices.
3. You receive an email with your discounted invoice and a secure link to pay online.
4. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
5. Check Club social channels for the announced send window so you know when to expect your link.
6. Click the link and complete checkout.
7. Once payment is confirmed, your QR e-ticket will be sent by email.
8. Bring the QR code on your phone or printed to be scanned at entry.

Key Notes

• Season Pass discounts must be applied via the emailed payment link and are not available at the gate.

Deeside Dragons – Season Pass Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, use, and privileges associated with a Deeside Dragons Season Pass. By purchasing or using a Season Pass, the holder agrees to comply with the following terms.

1. General
   1. A Season Pass entitles the named holder to admission to all designated Deeside Dragons home league fixtures for the relevant season, unless otherwise stated.
   2. Cup finals, Play off fixtures, exhibition games, Challenge games, and special events may be excluded unless explicitly included at the time of sale.
   3. Season Passes are issued to individuals and are non transferable unless the Club explicitly states otherwise.
   4. The Club reserves the right to amend fixtures, schedules, venues, or competition formats without liability.
2. Eligibility and Use
   1. Season Passes are valid only for the named holder.
   2. The Season Pass must be presented when requested for entry verification.
   3. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw access where misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.
3. Discount Entitlement
   1. Season Pass holders may be entitled to discounted ticket purchases for selected fixtures, subject to availability and Club discretion.
   2. Discount entitlement applies only to the Season Pass holder and is not transferable.
   3. Discounts may be withdrawn, amended, or restricted at any time without notice.
4. Online Purchase Requirement
   1. With immediate effect, all Season Pass holder discounted ticket purchases must be made via online payment only.
   2. Discounts will not be available on the night of the game or through any in person sales method.
   3. All Season Passes are purchased online, and therefore all holders are deemed to have access to the Club’s online ticketing system.
   4. Discounted tickets will only be issued through the official online process outlined in these Terms.

   This policy exists to ensure fairness, traceability, and the protection of genuine Season Pass discounts.

5. Payment Link Process
   1. Season Pass holders will no longer receive generic discount codes.
   2. Eligible holders will receive a personalised payment link by email, with the applicable discount already applied.
   3. Each payment link: is valid for one transaction only; is issued to a specific individual; is non transferable; must not be shared.
   4. Payment links remain the property of the Deeside Dragons and may be cancelled or revoked at any time.
6. Prohibited Use and Misuse
   1. The following actions constitute misuse of Season Pass discounts: sharing payment links; attempting to use another person’s discount; attempting to claim discounts on the night of a game; distributing discounted tickets obtained without entitlement; any action intended to bypass Club ticketing controls.
   2. Abuse of Club offers or discounts will be treated seriously.
7. Disciplinary Action
   1. Where misuse is identified, the Club reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without refund: immediate termination of the Season Pass; removal of any remaining Season Pass privileges; cancellation of discounted tickets; loss of eligibility for future Season Passes.
   2. The Club’s decision in all disciplinary matters is final.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
   1. Season Pass holders must comply with all venue regulations and codes of conduct.
   2. The Club reserves the right to withdraw access for behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the Club, its volunteers, players, sponsors, or supporters.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
   1. Season Passes are non refundable once the season has commenced.
   2. No refunds will be issued for missed games, rearranged fixtures, suspended or abandoned matches, or withdrawn privileges due to misuse.
10. Data and Communication
    1. Season Pass holders consent to receive ticketing and Club related communications by email.
    2. Payment links and discount communications will be sent to the registered email address only.
    3. It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure contact details remain up to date.
11. Club Rights and Amendments
    1. The Deeside Dragons reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    2. Updated Terms will be published via official Club communication channels.
    3. Continued use of a Season Pass constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Governing Authority
    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    2. Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Deeside Dragons management.
